Hey everyone.

I'm sure some sort of demographics survey has been done in the past but I haven't seen one since I've been here and I'm curious. I've tried to keep it pretty basic. I know people are touchy about their privacy, and I know some aren't cool with being asked about special abilities/skills/powers/whatever, so obviously skip questions if you want to, no hard feelings. I'd rather just get name/age/planet than nothing at all, you know? Not like I'm going to hunt you down and force you to fill it out. But if you're willing to be more complete that'd be awesome and if there's something you think is important that I didn't include a field for, let me know.

Maybe there's a pattern here somewhere, maybe there's not, but at the very least it might be interesting or provide some useful data for department recruitment or something. Maybe you'll find some friends, whatever.

He did, in fact. My people were starving and my ancestors more concerned with the succession and the Crusades than whether people had enough food to eat.

He gave my ancestor, King John much trouble. Which he deserved.

It matters not. If he is still seeing to it that those who would otherwise go hungry are fed and clothed while keeping none of the spoils for himself, he is a hero.

The law would penalize him the same as it'd penalize those kids for trying to steal food or clothing for themselves. A thief's a thief. Believe me, I know it when I see it. I was giving him a hard time.

Yet over-taxing as a result of greed is also theft, is it not?

I know the law well. But I also know that desperate people can result to much worse than thievery. If we may even call it that, in this case. Greed is clearly not the motive behind the actions if he has kept none of it for himself.

[ Emma is 100% not here for this argument because she has very little investment. Her sarcastic jibing has apparently been taken wrong, which doesn't really matter because Robin knew how to take it, but she is stubborn and doesn't back down easily.

Particularly because it's a bit rooted in truth — she has her own history as a thief to tangle with, and just because she had it rough didn't mean she didn't have to do her time. ]

We're not talking about motives and greed. We're talking about facts. Taking something that's not yours? Theft. Plain and simple. Doesn't matter why you did it or who you did it for. It's not about whether greed motivated it or not.

You are presenting things as if they are black and white when they are not. Life is rarely so simple.

Certainly not worth taking the Lord's name in vain.

Thankfully my sensibilities are much more resilient.

"I know you are, but what am I?" Really? Look, I don't know who you are, but Robin's not the one taking offense here, and he really doesn't need you fighting his battles.

If you're so set on doing it anyway, maybe learn how to take a joke and point yourself in the direction of someone who's actually got a bone to pick with him.

Well, the people I helped certainly needed it, and the money was under my authority after being forfeited. I suppose they were a bit coerced into giving it away, but let's not argue semantics, shall we?
