Who has experience with witches and shapeshifters? Either or, but if you know anything about an overlap, i.e. magic being used to prevent or prolong a shift, please share with the class.
And just to clarify: magic as in black magic, the kind with corpses and soul trading and other non-refundable mistakes. Mary Poppins need not apply.

There should be some clause that— if you're going to bring someone else back to life that's not selfish. It's not you bringing yourself back to life. Most not soup kitchen witches should be at least slightly sympathetic to that.

Barring Miss Witch Who Was Breaking Good Witch Rules, I would think that there's some clause with other witches, the ones that aren't opportunistic assholes, that if you were doing it for a good cause that maybe you could have this little mishap reversed.

Sometimes have to go to space. I assume that happens in the future. Imagine it, getting off world things for spells. If they don't offer that solution, remind them where they are, because bargaining for souls on a spaceship is a little stupid. What are you going to do with it? Get yourself off here? Come on.
