[ tony, unlike some people, likes observing individuals first before he says anything. there's nothing like making a fantastic entrance because you know what's going on while other people don't. it makes you look smart. technically tony supposes he doesn't need any help in that department, but it never hurts to be the observer first. right now he's a little annoyed because no one is actually being helpful in the way he wants them to be. everyone has forced his hand into asking a question, just to make sure he's not going end up writing them down wrong on his IDIOTS TRAPPED WITH ME ON THIS SHIP list. and yes, he's going to write it down and no, you cannot see it. ]

Show of hands or text or whatever, how many of you have some sort of specialty back home? Those of you who raised your hand, you should share with class what that is. I'd like to not hear about the things that are completely useless, but I know some of you will tell me then anyway. This is just a general survey question before I ask the real one, because I'm just one of those curious types.

i got the software bit. and still say that latin is a dead language. everything else is a little foggy, since i can't read fucking cyrillic. you're missing some and at the moment you're under an encrypted feed. shame on you slacking on your job.

If you're not doing them right now, I'm assuming you have an answer or two from the surveys. I'm pretty sure anyone who happens to live on the Earth at any point in time understands. I have to be present to keep the world from doing just about everything to destroy itself and I have a company to kind of run. Important to me like you getting back to your mission. capa. just answer one question for me. why is that an issue? if they want it to be delegated away and it's probably better for them so they don't get themselves injured, why are you wary about it?

i'm glad, because somehow i think that might get us off on the wrong foot. and before i tell you any of it, how willing are you to believe that when i say i'm an engineer, i mean that i could personally build a suit that fly about as fast as typical military grade planes.

[ for a brief moment, tony wonders if he's just shocked Hotspur indefinitely, but when he gets the reply he can't help but chuckle. it takes him a moment before he replies, but he thinks it's one of the better ones he could have given. ]

did build and it was excellent. then i built it four more times and it was epic. one even fits in a suitcase, but the flying capabilities of that one aren't as cool as the other ones.

[ technically there's six, but he's not really going to say that the mark i suit capable of the same things the other suits are. hell no. ]

to be fair, i think a few of us already are. it might be terrible, but i've seen enough things like this to know someone is going to flip out.

you're not the only one. entire crews especially of this size don't just disappear for no reason.

We don't even know what created this ship, really. I've seen alien races hide in supposedly abandoned areas to -- grow an army, essentially.

I'm not sure whether informing the rest of the crew about this will cause panic, or cause some semblance of planning.

the thing is, SH, considering how distinctive your texting style is, i'm ninety percent sure people will know it's you. and assuming that most everyone else chooses video or voice over text, the fact that you're using text will give you away. don't. i just find it to be just a bit amusing. TS
