The Doctor isn't here anymore. I believe there were others from his universe about Tranquility, but I regret to inform you he's gone. A lot of our population has recently decreased.

[ But more importantly, he's gone. Around her neck is a bowtie she's managed to fashion out of paper, and she makes a point to adjust it. They're cool, after all. ]

...And yet we're no closer to the truth and we're chasing around theories. Silly theories. Silly theories when people disappear right under our noses and all we're doing is sitting around letting it happen.
