[ It's very, very brief, but the sadness is there. Chase not in Capa's room, however--she's in the med bay and judging from how she's sitting she's been there for quite a long time, staring directly at a locker with a number that's not hers. She clears her throat and then begins: ]

The Doctor isn't here anymore. I believe there were others from his universe about Tranquility, but I regret to inform you he's gone. A lot of our population has recently decreased.

[ But more importantly, he's gone. Around her neck is a bowtie she's managed to fashion out of paper, and she makes a point to adjust it. They're cool, after all. ]

...And yet we're no closer to the truth and we're chasing around theories. Silly theories. Silly theories when people disappear right under our noses and all we're doing is sitting around letting it happen.

[He's been... busy. Snooping. Wandering. Getting -lost-. But he was stopped for now, sitting in a hall way, video on his face, frowning.]

You're sure he's gone? [He... had to ask, really. He actually rather liked the Doctor. Interesting. Funny. Actually a really nice guy. He looked a little shell shocked over the fact that he was one of the missing.]

Seems to be a lot of people going missing lately.

[ On any other day, Chase would give him a pointed look and recite the Ghansgraad's passage on the being known as The Vishual. This is different, though. Eyes downcast, she gently touches the paper bowtie and nods. ]

[Yeah, yeah, some day he will learn. Hes not so well versed on all that Ghansgraad stuff like she is however. Still, he frowned, rubbing at the back of his neck. He actually really liked the guy.]

Oh.

[He frowned, looking down, awkward for a moment, then back to the video]

You alright?

I'm alright. [ Lies, but what's a Vishual to do when faced with the Crowing? ]

[something tells him that she is not alright, though he's unsure why he thought that so soundly. Perhaps it was just that he understood more then he wanted to.

Cool bow tie.

[he said after a very long pause, having just watched her for a while. He... he needed to talk to her more, didn't he? He needed to... to... pay more attention to her or something]

Yeah.... Yeah, bow ties are cool.

[he gave a small, faint smile to that... then sighed]

Hey Kiddo. I know it aint much, but I'm still here. If you want company some time... let me know.

[he gave a small awkward nod, but tried to keep the smile there.]

You going to be alright over there on your own?

With all due respect, Crowing, you and I are similar in the fact that we've both been alone for a very long time.

I'll be fine.

[He looked a little surprised by that, then snorted, glancing off and giving a shrug]

Yeah. Alright, kid. I'll leave you alone then. [He, personally, dreaded being alone, but he needed to get used to it, huh.]
