In need of information regarding the symptoms of those held in this facility. Particularly interested in signs of fever, vomiting, visual and/or auditory hallucinations and sudden or unexpected changes of behavior. Blood samples will be accepted if you wish to actually make yourself useful.

The first, 001, chose the less-hassled, default left alliance for his texts, while the second, 007, centered his text to seemingly match the belief that his thoughts were the center of importance.
One of the aforementioned men is dead. It was was the man more likely, of the two, to ask scientific questions of the community.
And so it's probably not so surprising that John Watson's knee-jerk reaction to seeing this post, in such a format, is a spike of white hot anger.
Only a few people were genuinely impacted by the death of Sherlock Holmes. Many of those few took it as another omen of Tranquility's undercurrent hostility, and some of those announced it with ridicule toward the dead. Fewer were unseated by the fact that they had actually known and tolerated the man in question, and fewer still knew the hand of the murderer was not some faceless (or digitally emotic) entity, but one who roamed among them on the days of the jump and wore the dual face of fear upon the network.
With that in mind, John's first thought is that someone is playing a very cruel joke, taking the piss at the expense of a man, or his associates, who have scorned them in some manner.
And it's only sighting the number of the poster, while typing a searing (mostly-aggressive, passive-aggressive, as an embittered soldier and senior medical officer is wont to do) response, that makes him pause, consider, and delete. Eleven. The fresh batch. ]
The stasis tanks you arrived in have a sedative that induce many of the aforementioned side-effects. No need for blood tests. Many have been run in the past and we are confident that they are temporary.
Hydrate, sleep, then eat, and you should feel better.
no subject
Well, he does - he's just woken up in some bizarre stasis tank after jumping off a building, after all - but certainly not like what's happened here. He's only been able to find out so much before now and most of what he's gathered has involved trying to find any explanation for what he's found beyond the idea that he's on a bloody spaceship. He'll accept whatever is the truth once it's been proven, but that doesn't mean he won't exhaust every other possible explanation until then. Thus, with that on his mind, he's not had the time to look into even stranger concepts such as his previously existing on this ship or his being violently murdered during said stay here. He's still in the dark on many things and none too happy about the matter.
That's why he's reduced to this. Addressing the general and idiot populous for information. Needless to say, his mood is not the best at the moment.
The first thing Sherlock does is roll his eyes at yet another moronic response. The delay is due to his taking a moment to pinch the bridge of his nose in an attempt to ease the onset of a headache. He's not bothered trying to read the tags attached to the texts that label who it's from. What's he care who he's talking to? Idiots are idiots. ]
Yes thank you, were I totally incapable of understanding the basics of recovery from medication-induced comas I would certainly have need of that advice but seeing as I'm not part of your average collection of imbeciles you have just successfully wasted roughly seven precious seconds of my extremely valuable time.
[ A moment passes before a second text is fired off. ]

Always delightful to be addressed by an unknown that's apparently
familiar with you already. Really, am I that popular these days? I
expected The Sun would have moved on to the newest royal scandal
by now.

There's something oddly humorous about it all, willing the same face back into view—again and again. It's playing. It pinches at Sherlock Holmes and waves him in his face, at unlimited supply and handing him out like free samples.
Not that he asked, no. The last ended with a bit a stumble. Some stumbling, some drowning, some drenched out ( one drenched Vivienne Westwood ). Gameover and bitterness settled on his tongue, but apparently that was the wrong idea. There isn't a game over and there might never be.
Maybe.
A Sherlock at each arm, this must be Christmas. Truthfully.
Barely a beat, hardly a moment when he chooses to reply. A little too eager it seems. He's playing along, Tranquility. Keep it coming. ]

Something about it sets him on edge, and he couldn't begin to explain why... though he certainly has his suspicions. But no, those are impossible. Even in a place like this, he knows what he saw before stepping off the edge of that rooftop. There was no mistake.
Then again, has he not been told of his own demise?
He allows only a brief moment to pass before he responds, shaking off the rise of anxiety like a bile in his throat. He will tread cautiously with this one, even moreso than the others before it. Simply a logical response to a truly anonymous poster; baseless discomfort has nothing to do with it. ]
Are we to play a game then?

So glad to see my habits were well documented during my last
stay here. Was I really so popular? Things must be more dull
here than I'd previously begun to suspect, though with the
brainless masses I've spoken to thus far I can hardly say
I'm suprised.

out on all the fun. Duplicates can be attributed to string
theory, however loosely. With that accepted as fact it
remains possible if not plausible that this ship is exactly
