Welp, that's kind of unfortunate. Sorry. (On the bright side, the guy making this post is visibly shirtless. You're welcome.)]

So I'm just guessing everyone's noticed by now that all the lifts are color-coded—and that would be fine, if they had actual labels. Which they don't. If anyone's got any ideas which buttons lead to which departments, we might as well start keeping a list and stick it up on the network, just so we don't all get hopelessly lost.

I've got a few of them written down, but honestly, there's a lot of buttons, and I'm not that bored yet.

⚫ light blue: passenger quarters ⚫ green: more passenger quarters? ⚫ dark green: medbay ⚫ orange: engineering ⚫ fuchsia (aka the purple-pink one): oxygen garden ⚫ magenta: somewhere near engineering ⚫ purple: something ⚫ white: access denied. ⚫ blue: insufficient clearance. ⚫ goldenrod (?): no. ⚫ dark blue: you should be noticing a theme by this point.

Common sense makes me think it's not. Machines aren't organic. They don't have brains unless they're programmed.

Perhaps it's best to view this theory as probable, instead of throwing it out the window.

It's a theory that's possible. Nothing is probable until we've got enough evidence to support it, and even then, it's not a end-all answer. The ship could be sentient, or it could've been sabotaged, or—hell, a million answers. The only thing we know for sure is that we don't know. So instead of settling on a possibility that might turn out to be wrong, try and find some proof.

Which do you think is most likely, then?

I'm convinced [ You're a stupid mean grumpyface ] whatever--or whoever it is that's a part of what brought us here knows what they're doing.

Maybe, maybe not. [ He uses that tone a lot. Better get used to it. ] Either way, it happened, and it's up to us to figure out how and why.

[ He'll concede this: ] If it is the ship, then we're all fucked.

Hmmmph. [ Chase has her arms crossed, even if you can't see it, because it shows she is Stern and Superior, dammit. ]

[ Okay, hearing that phrase in a little girl's voice? Kind of hilarious. He'd half-expected Chase to scream POTTY-MOUTH at him—and then run off to her parents—who would be Capa, in this case, whining about swears. Weird kid.
