[Crowley has been on the ship for hours.

The whole business was rather unpleasant, as is being branded like some kind of animal, but all in all, the demon is rather unruffled. Transport into another universe was something of another day's work, though it was an alarming coincidence that it occurred so closely to his greatest victory. Was this his punishment for his involvement with defeating the Leviathan?

Unlikely, the demon decides, and so he goes about his business.

First, it is a matter of discovering his locker, of removing his things, and of disappearing. He has little interest in socializing immediately and, as a result, Crowley vanishes into the shadows to dwell and think -- and, most importantly, learn. Within the hour, Crowley has all he needs to know at his fingertips, and with a flick of his fingers, his comm turns on to broadcast his soft accented English to the Tranquility.]

I'm afraid I require a bit of explanation as to why, exactly, someone thought it would be humorous to shove a Hellhound into a test tube.

[There's an artful pause.]

And also the location of the nearest groomer. This filth is absolutely disgusting.

[There's another three second pause before his own transmission ends.

Let's see who decides to come forward with information about why he, the demon King, is here.]

Assuming that these people have any use for them, which they don't.

There are two rather stubborn young men here who may try to persuade them otherwise. They were certainly set upon ridding the ship of your previous pet.

Oh, I'm very well acquainted with them.

[With a pleasant smile that indicates that Crowley will happily eviscerate anyone who touches his dog.]

Then perhaps you'll be better prepared to change their minds.

[Gold returns the smile, really quite clear that he doesn't imagine it would be by friendly discussion.]

They didn't want to listen to the various voices that spoke up against them on the matter. And there were quite a number.

Isn't that heartwarming.

[Though good to know, Crowley supposes, that people won't begin a witch hunt just because the Winchesters say so.]

The law system around here does seem to be a matter of who acts first.

[Gold knows it's helpful information. That's why he's giving it. If this was the demon that owned the hellhound, then he was a dealer, and that made him interesting. And potentially useful.]

Do you have hearts? Demons. I know the theme tends to be more souls, but there seem to be rather a lot of beings on board this ship that don't keep with the more popular lore.

Perhaps you should dissect one and find out.

[With the tiniest upward twitch of his lips.

He has no problems with identifying what he is, but he certainly isn't going to offer trade secrets. If Gold wants to know so badly, he can go to the Winchesters and work for it.

[That just seems to amuse him. There would be quicker ways to find out than that, but that was probably something to save as a last resort. He'd never had the same obsession with hearts as Cora and Regina.]

I didn't realise I gave the impression I had an interest in anything quite so messy.
