1 [Voice]
[Crowley has been on the ship for hours.
The whole business was rather unpleasant, as is being branded like some kind of animal, but all in all, the demon is rather unruffled. Transport into another universe was something of another day's work, though it was an alarming coincidence that it occurred so closely to his greatest victory. Was this his punishment for his involvement with defeating the Leviathan?
Unlikely, the demon decides, and so he goes about his business.
First, it is a matter of discovering his locker, of removing his things, and of disappearing. He has little interest in socializing immediately and, as a result, Crowley vanishes into the shadows to dwell and think -- and, most importantly, learn. Within the hour, Crowley has all he needs to know at his fingertips, and with a flick of his fingers, his comm turns on to broadcast his soft accented English to the Tranquility.]
I'm afraid I require a bit of explanation as to why, exactly, someone thought it would be humorous to shove a Hellhound into a test tube.
[There's an artful pause.]
And also the location of the nearest groomer. This filth is absolutely disgusting.
[There's another three second pause before his own transmission ends.
Let's see who decides to come forward with information about why he, the demon King, is here.]

[ She grins, all teeth. ]
You got it. We don't have hellhound twins, do we?
video; locked
No, we don't. Mine is female.
[Crowley tilts his head back to look behind his chair, toward the bathroom, where his dog is currently in the bathtub.]
Others have already told me about yours. And how it needs a diet.

[ Sort of. Crowley not remembering anything is still fairly complicated. The comment about Howly's weight has her rubbing the back of her neck, sheepish. ]
Yeah, I'm working on that. It's kind of hard to tell how much he needs to be fed when I can't actually see him.
[ Good thing she knows dead people and a Slayer with a funky demon blood background. ]

They're built for tearing souls out of bodies -- they require a lot of exercise.
[It's said informatively, in something of an insufferable know-it-all tone, because he obviously knows everything there is to know about Hellhounds and everyone else is inferior.]
Once I remove that... disgusting nastiness from Growley's fur, he'll have a playmate.
[Pause.]
If he can move that fast.
[How does a Hellhound get that obese seriously wtf.]

[ While Jaye's had many a lapse in judgment, such as getting involved with Crowley in the first place, she never had that large of a lapse. ]
Howly's still fast, though. He killed the fucked up shit in the genetics lab, and he got away from Castiel and his now-missing hobo beard.
[ She probably shouldn't namedrop angels from Crowley's world. She gives 0 fucks, as she's moving on to sighing. ]
Do you still need someone to give her a bath?

-- ugh. This could get extraordinarily complicated extraordinarily quickly. And Crowley suddenly looks just the slightest bit less relaxed as he straightens in his chair, eyes narrowing toward the door before he refocuses his attention on the strange woman.]
Castiel is here?
video; locked
Yeah. He was here when you were, before, but then he left. He came back a few months ago, and he remembers his previous visit. I don't know what all you two got up to, but I do know he didn't tell the ship you were a demon after that shit happened.
[ Not that she'd been around then either. ]
There's also another demon -- Meg, I think? And Dean, obviously, and some blonde chick. And at least two knives that can apparently kill a hellhound, since they didn't bother to encrypt those conversations.

[Somewhat briskly, as if nothing of importance or relevance has been said whatsoever.
Trapped in a tin box with the people who want to kill him the most.
Just like home.]
But I think I need to go have a chat with an old friend.
video; locked
[ Not even close. But... ]
Have fun. Try not to get murdered, you always were more interesting than a lot of the people on this ship.
video; locked
Except it's not at all, because Crowley doesn't know how to say 'thank you'.]
Drop me a line.
[He says it in all seriousness, though he's moving to stand.]
We can chat later, once I've established my place amongst my friends, acquaintances, and poxes upon my life.

[ The ship likes her too much. ]
If they kill you, I'll make sure to point fingers and rally those of us they're likely to kill next. Nice warm little thought for you to take with you, all the friendly neighborhood vampires and werewolves and shapeshifters ganging up on the big bad hunters.
[ And with a shit-eating grin that covers up just how insecure she's still feeling over Crowley being back, Jaye disconnects. She'll contact him or he'll contact her, or he'll be dead -- either way, there'll be more later. ]
not here;
But her, maybe.]
