neal isn't watching the post and in fact has no idea he made it, due to the anon function no ic tracing can be done; but it's not like he didn't do this already, so the people who know his work don't need to icly beat around the bush to spare MYSTERY etc.

a) but if this is aimed at you, don't people need like a warning? this is creepy potentially-dangerous stuff, mis- and un-information is a lot more dangerous than hanging out in empty hallways
