[ Look, it's an Isaac, slouching in his old room - the one that matches the numbers on his arm, not the one he sleeps in. It looks mostly unused because he's only been in there for all of six hours before he moved down to Derek's space. "Mostly" is a keyword, though; he's been staying here infrequently, in between avoiding Derek and other familiar (adult) faces. Maybe Erica knows where he's been. Or Remus, or Hayley, or Tyler, or Seraphim. He's pretty sure no one over eighteen knows, Isaac's gone lengths on the matter.

He's not wearing his mask, even if he's been wearing it a lot lately; Isaac knows a thing or two about keeping quiet, especially about things that can and do hurt you. The confused sad look he's wearing right now, though - it's a bit too clean. It's sincere, mostly.

"Mostly" is our word of the day.

Then he holds up a combat knife for the network to see.]

I don't know anyone she was friends with, but for what it's worth, Miss Rosella's not around anymore. She left me this, for some reason.

It's a pretty big knife.

Anyway, people have been disappearing, and there's this big thing going down about Smiley and stuff, so I guess this is a bad time to ask about gym equipment, and like. Who do we talk to about appropriating one of the bigger rooms or a holodeck to set up a gym? I mean, we probably already have one or two but this one's more of like, a club thing?

More of a thing that's just ours, not something pre-made and ready to use. Is that allowed?

What's all that deal with his magic powers, though? He was talking about it but I didn't tune in much at the time. Do you have those too?

[She chuckles, amused a touch, as her mouth draws into a tight mouthed smirk.]

No. I'm his babysitter, if you want to get technical. And, he's an angel. So, those magical powers are part of his God's Given Grace. [She's never really been fond of God.] The more God wants to shine his little spotlight onto Castiel, onto his Garrison, the more powerful he can be. Right now, he's probably not what he could be, but he's still a good guy to have in your corner. [She knows that he'd keep her safe and, honestly, that's all she cares about.]

I have powers, but mine were definitely not part of God's plan. I gained mine from the other side of things. Since, I'm a demon. [She doesn't seem horrible, though. Not wielding any large weapons or growing horns out of her head. Which, for the record, no one does.]

Like, demon demon? Lucifer on your shoulder, Mephistophelian sort of demon? Like in the Bible? [ because his name is Isaac and boy there's a Judeo-Christian religion scholar out there laughing at his career in this very moment.

Isaac and a devil's advocate. The hilarity. ]

I'm hoping you're not here to herald the end of the SS Deathstar.

Like, all of the above. Though, I'm not sure if the bible actually comes into play with a tortured soul possessing a human so that we can walk the Earth. They might have left out that part.

As for Lucifer, I actually worked Him a few years ago, but His plan didn't exactly mesh with the plans of others... then the rest of the demons put a bounty on my head. It was a complicated thing. [A thing where Meg was hunted after by her own kind. The horror!] Now, I take care of an angel.

I have no plans on trying to use the Force on anyone. [Except Dean if he keeps up his attitude.] I'm here like everyone else, trying to figure out what's going on and how to survive and get back home. [Her current pet project is the Masks that everyone seems to be talking about.]

I didn't actually read all of the books in it, so I don't know. New Testament was pretty gory, though.

So what's the Devil like? Was he all... [ makes horn gestures, wow this is like charades a bit? ] Everyone keeps thinking a different picture if you believe in movies and stuff.

[She smirks shaking her head.]

No, nothing quite so theatrical. [His true face, sure, that was a bit horrific if you didn't realize what you were looking upon, but Nick wasn't that bad to look at and Sam, well, he was meant to be the final piece.]

He takes human form when He's walking the Earth. [A pause.] There are only a few that are even capable of taking on His presence and He needs their permission - it's not the same as with other demons where we take what we want. Whoever He plans to use, whoever He needs for that -- he needs them to accept Him. Once that's done, he will look just like that person. All of His essence, His power, will just be contained in one Normal Looking Guy.

[She'll leave out the part where he slowly starts to rot away if the guy isn't a perfect fit.]

I think the best way to think about it is that He's supposed to bring temptation and how is He going to bring any sort of temptation if he's bright red with horns. You'd run away, you'd think you were dreaming, on drugs, or crazy.

He was once an angel, He knows more about humans and what they need to have their minds put at ease when talking to Him. [She might seem a bit nostalgic, because it is still hard for her to think that everything had been a lie, that he would just clear the slate and purge them all.]

He's an ass though. [The nostalgia is short-lived, apparently.] Selfish and uncaring, which I guess is what people should expect from him.

[ It's like listening to someone talk fondly about an ex who was a gigantic douchebag, only in this case the douchebag is a colossal figure in the history of Christian religion and the person talking is... well. A demon.

Isaac still can't fully wrap his head around that, if he's honest, despite being a monster of the night himself. ]

What happens to the body they take, though? I mean, matter can't occupy the same space as another matter, right, that's a basic rule of chemistry and physics. Where does the other guy go?

It's not so much as matter as it is a presence. They get pushed aside. Still there, as long as the body is alive, just not in control.

[She pauses, trying to figure out how to explain it.]

In the case of Lucifer, they volunteer to get put aside, to let Him 'take the wheel' so to speak.
