Right, so. [ Which isn't what he planned to open with, hang on, let's rewind. ] My name's Peter Petrelli. I'm from New York, year 2006. I've read back on the network enough to get a decent idea about what's going on, but not nearly enough to make sense. I did read that we have a medbay, and that I was here before. So uh, sorry about this, but I don't remember being here the first time around.

I guess what I'm trying to say is — who do I actually talk to about getting on the medical team?

Oh, and I can't figure out the space microwave. A little help with that, maybe?

Nor did I frame it as a joke. But yes; it is quite common. Perhaps two or three per jump was present but has no memory of having been here prior.

But yeah, name's Peter. Did you know me from before?

[ Her lips quirk a little at the first part; honestly, she hadn't even noticed until he pointed it out.

But then she shakes her head. ] No, you just look kind of like someone from home. He had shaggier hair and glasses, though. [ She didn't know him at all, of course, but she'd hung out with him once or twice. ]

A little before that. My guardian was the court physician though. So when you said 'medical team' it sort of caught my attention.

[He shrugs his shoulders.]

[Which doesn't exactly help Peter with his request, but hey. She's excited.]

If they let me, I'll make sure that you get a job there too.

Four years nursing school, one year internship, licensed as an RN in New York state and I just started as a hospice nurse a few months ago.

I'm hoping I don't actually need to present credentials here?

Looks like the rest of the medical welcome wagon got to you already. We're just off from the gravity couches, for the record -- you know, the whole Matrix setup? Kind of hard to miss.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought it felt Matrix-like, coming out of those things. That was really weird, to say the least.

Reheating pizza, actually. Cold pizza's good when you're hungover, but otherwise it's kind of gross. Why, you have any? Pizza pockets, I mean, not hangovers. You sound too young to legally get hungover.
