[ This entry starts with the sound of shrubbery and a black screen. It goes on for a few more seconds, almost a full minute of it with heartfelt cursing interspersed every odd second or so. Next comes the pneumatic sound of the lift doors opening and closing, and a staticky shake of the feed, catching on the tail end of a low goddamnit.

Lo, an Isaac Lahey appears, looking a bit torn up with his dirty shirt but suspiciously not injured. Like at all. At least he didn't catch any of the scheduled "rains", so he's not muddy along with just dirty. ]

Great. Pocket dialing.

So I just went camping. Also I think I have a literal thorn in my ass, but I fell backwards on a bush, so who knows. I'm back, though?

I didn't see the dinosaur. I did find some pretty flower plants, though, like this one.

[ You guys, pay attention. He's holding wolfsbane. Of the non-deadly variety - thanks, Remus, for pointing the shrubbery out that one time - but still wolfsbane. Oh nooo. ]

Anyone knows what flower this is?

We had a lot of supernatural things go on at home. It paid to know what things like wolfsbane and vervain look like. [And he's had to use it for his transformations, but he's trying not to admit that part.]

And why did you go camping?

It can be used a lot of way. [He pauses for a moment. Though Mason's been out and proud about what he is, Tyler's been more hesitant.

Especially since he's the weird half vampire/half werewolf freak now.]

But mostly, I used it to help subdue me during transformations.

I used to camp back home. [ He's not too convincing. ]

I think I swallowed a bug, if that counts. And maybe fell off a tree, but I can't be too sure. I feel like I broke something, though.

It only takes like five seconds later. ]

[He doesn't have to transform now, the perks of being a hybrid.]

I'm fine. Not technically avoiding anyone just keeping to myself a little in general. Creepy spaceships aren't exactly conducive to going everywhere since there is a limit.

Besides, none of you have dropped by to say hello either.

[ It's a relief to know there are werewolves on the ship around the same age as himself and Remus. That makes three adult weres and three teen weres, by Isaac's count. ]
