audio; 006 [open network post]
[Usually Dean's not one to hide his face from the network, but today is different. This particular hunter has been missing for weeks thanks to his little boy scout mission to find the other missing passengers. Some he sent back and hopes they at least got a half-decent welcome when they arrived among the rest of the makeshift crew. Others he's come across haven't been quite that lucky; he hadn't made it in time.
Only now has he returned to the community at large, the tiredness and hunger finally driving him back into the arms of what's become familiar. He's been back an hour by the time he makes his first broadcast to the network in a while, the lack of visual representation thanks to the large, dark circles around his eyes, the fact he's lost weight and the hair that's less short back and sides than usual. What is clear from the moment he opens his mouth is that he's eating an obscenely large mouthful of food when he greets everyone.]
I was expectin' a party when I came back. Where's the beer and the half-naked chicks wearin' leis and all that good stuff? [Fine, so maybe he wasn't really expecting a party when he's actually managed to be stealthy in his return. All he's wanted for the last few weeks is a large amount of food to choke on and a soft bed to sleep in. Even boy scouts need their comforts at times. He won't talk about what he did or didn't find until he's caught up with certain people, but other than that he's actually kind of grateful to be back.
There are a few more audible chews before the feed cuts and he switches to a couple of private messages - only two, one mostly business and one completely necessary. There are certain other people he'll track down in person when he doesn't feel like he's about to pass out at any given moment.]
[Private - Encrypted 90% - Jim Kirk] I tried gettin' as many people back here as I could but some of them were dead when I found them. They had no chance, man. For a while I wasn't sure if I was gettin' back myself. When you got five minutes we should talk. Over on holodeck 1. Come dressed for the occasion, man. [This would be an invitation for a little one-on-one fight club action. Like in the old days. Dean just needs that pain, that physical contact, to remind him he's not alone on this goddamn spaceship.]
[Private - Encrypted 90% - Cas] Cas? Where are you, man? Apparently prayers don't freakin' work these days... [And that's all he's going to say about the fact he actually prayed for Cas while he was lost. No more admitting he was weak for a while there.] Whatever. You okay?

this ship was huge. he's not surprised to hear what he does.]
I'm just glad you're back in one piece. [well, mostly one piece.] You gave us a scare.
AUDIO; | ENCRYPTED 90% FOREVERRRR
Careful, dude. You start sayin' crap like that out loud people're gonna talk. [He's glad to be back in one piece, too. Almost as glad as he is to be within range of what he's come to think of as his bed. It's novel considering how long he's spent moving from motel room bed to motel room bed to backseat of his car. ...he misses his car now more than ever.]

Oh, well. [ Kitten shrugs, though she does pout rather comically. ] There's only so much I can do, I suppose.
audio; LMFAO I LOVE IT
Pretty sure I have no idea who you are. [Which is interesting since Dean makes it his business to keep both eyes on the network. Part of the job description being part of the SEC team. He thinks there's probably a lesson to learn somewhere...]
