Now that it seems the halls are no longer full of sleepwalkers engaging in bloodsport... it seems like many of the people who have joined departments had occupations or skills from home that made one a natural fit over the others. Did anyone pick up something entirely from scratch?

I think I'm learning not to jump to premature conclusions. I haven't been here long enough, for one thing.

I think you better jump somewhere. Did you know that it's easy to kill slow learners?

Depends on what they're slow at learning, in my experience. But your point does stand.

Wow. Not in my experience. I guess that's part of the fun of being here, all of these different experiences.

Look, I'm not trying to argue with you, but if you want an argument, surely we could find something more interesting than splitting hairs about the lethality of slow learning.

I'm sorry, but I'm really bored. Splitting hairs and arguing are about as good as it gets around here.
