[ On pops the device – it’s text this time – as she isn’t truly in the mood to be talking to people – let alone facing them. (the girls sad, okay?) ]

I know the next jump is coming up fast, and we all need to be getting ready for that of course. But given the events that have been taking place, perhaps we can figure out a way to do a headcount before and after the jump?

Also, has anyone seen my friends? I arrived with them, and now they appear to be missing.

That's the tricky bit. If we find out what they're after do we give it to them and hope we get out as a reward, or withhold it so they keep us alive longer while they try to get it?

Presuming what they want us for doesn't require us all dying nasty, anyway.

Depends, I'm not about to just up and give myself to someone. But if attempting to understand our situation, means associating some with them, I assume it's sort of the price you have to pay? If that makes any sense.

I just know, at least we would have something to go on. I avoid well if need be.

I'll have to get you to give me some lessons. Avoiding is not my forte.

To be honest, avoiding isn't exactly my thing as well. But I've learned we have to thread carefully in a sense there, just due to not fully knowing much of anything or anyone.

So I guess it's just a matter of picking the right moments.

Hopefully we'll figure something out though. I'm really starting to get desperate for some form of understanding.
