[ If he's being honest, Jack spends a decent amount of time in the Oxygen Gardens. Because he's a pirate from the 1740s and the air conditioning is extremely stifling at times, and the Oxygen Gardens is as close to real air as he can get.

That doesn't always work for everyone. There's a few different ways of meditating besides sitting around.
