[So--later, after he's talked with Tyke but before he's met up with James and Remus (which he'll still do, no matter what he's told, no matter how much he likes Tyke) (which is, admittedly, rather a lot), Sirius goes down to the Gardens, in search of Tyke. Because he likes her, yeah, but also because he likes to be useful, though anyone would have a hell of a time getting him to admit to that. And he gave his word, anyways, and how reliable could elf magic be? The only elves he knows are the ones out of muggle fairy tales, or house elves, and house elves are dead strong, yeah, but they're also house elves. Not the same as wizards.

The gardens are large enough that finding people in them when you don't really have a specific place to start can be difficult. But Sirius is in no real hurry. The pirates seem preoccupied. He's unimpressed with their lackluster performance. So he wanders, his hands in his pockets, looking for Tyke or her dogs, because where dogs are Tyke will be close behind.]

[There'll be a point in the proceedings when she takes to patrolling around the gardens, trying to keep an eye on the people there. Because they might be doing this as protection against an outside threat, but it didn't mean everyone got along, and pushing them into a contained space in a stressful situation was likely to have tempers strained and lines crossed.

But for the moment, she's still trying to allocate supplies out to people, to delegate tasks in having the camp actually set up in the first place. Her dogs are roaming a little further out from her, keeping watch for any immediate threats, but still within the limits of her pathos. It's easy for one of them to cross paths with Sirius and lead the way back to her, where she finishes handing out a pile of blankets before looking over at him, a tiny upward tip of her chin in greeting.]
