For the record, I don't know about werewolves, but I've seen people cursed into forms that resemble animals. I think the general consensus is that as long as their genitalia isn't that of the animal, and a greater portion of their body remains identifiable as human, it wasn't considered bestiality.

For other supernatural creatures, I've primarily seen zombies and devils back home. Nobody procreates with zombies. Devils used to be humans despite their current forms, so I believe sex with a devil wouldn't be considered bestiality either, though that might depend on what form the devil takes.
