If you know the pattern of movement then trust in your own reflexes. Let your hands move of their own accord. They know what they're doing, they don't need your brain telling them.

Flying my bird. Hunting. Seeing how many assholes I could shoot between the eyes in a single day without them ever knowing I was there in the first place.
