Sailing 001 | Video
[When the video starts, it's of a man with tan skin and long hair. Some of it is in dreadlocks, some of it is in braids. He's wearing a black leather tricorn hat above a red bandanna. He's got beads and trinkets in his hair, and he's dressed in full pirate garb. That jumpsuit was weird, why would he wear that when he's got his clothes?]
[He's also upside down. Jack, how did you get on the ceiling, that's not--Oh, wait, no. He's just holding the cell phone upside down. How do I technology?]
Right.
So, I'm t' believe that I'm on some sort of...
[He pauses for a moment, and the video flails around for a minute. Jack is gesturing with his hands and doesn't realize that some viewers may become motion sick. He finally finds the word he was looking for, and the video stops and you've got a lovely video of the wall. Isn't it beautiful?]
...ship. In the sky. Above the Earth. Floatin' in space.
...The Locker made a lot more sense the first time around. This is just... odd.

[Which he could totally pretend to be, by the way. Also, his ship is not a dinghy. He is very proud of his ship. You would get lectures over it if you said it was a dinghy.]

[Have an odd look.]
What else would a locker look like, mate?
"...But assumin' you've just arrived, ye can not have had..."
[Another strange look. Have had? Grammar? What's that?]
"...Th' chance t' explore the en--"
[And all at once, Jack's patience just dies.]
Say, mate. D'ya not know how t' turn on your video?
[It's all Jack knows how to do.]

[He snorts. He has absolutely no inclination that you are sorry since you are still using text.]

Very well.
[ But ok, he's switching over to audio now. He loves to talk, tbh, it's one of his favorite things but he's been texting because it's safer. More anonymous. But after talking to this one for a little bit, he doesn't think he has anything to fear. ]
Is this better?
[ His voice is smooth, soothing almost except for that slight lilt of amusement. It's a voice suited to suggesting, persuading and beguiling, the kind of voice you hear in your ear telling you all the wrong things to do but making them sound very right. ]
