does it come to imply that she who dreams of him has not listened well enough when he lived? that she had not been sweet enough of a friend?

A physician has told me he shall and my Angela had said she shall visit me. It is one trouble to be ill and a double one to be ill and lonely. I shall try and feel fortunate, having one trouble and not two.
