Well, some people might disagree. I mean, there are cultures that still believe a photo steals their soul. I'm fairly sure someone having an AI Duplicate brain might feel a little weird.

I mean, I've got one at home, for the Mega-Megamind, but I've yet to put it into play. [But Megamind is also, at best, agnostic and little personal belief about his own soul.]
