Ω 1 Ω [Video]
[The device crackles on, and a young blond with a scar running down one side of his forehead comes into view. He might look like someone already here--one Alex Summers. But this? Isn't the one already existing.
This one? Looks more than a bit annoyed, but he’s attempting to control it. The muscles in his jaw flex as he presses his lips into a thin line. Once or twice he nearly talks, but stops himself, as if he’s rethinking what he was about to say.
Alex knows the consequences of flying off the handle. It’s happened before; it’s gotten others hurt.
He’ll keep this short, and to the point. Because that’s what he does.]
Look, I don’t know if Genero is running this show or not; I don’t care. I’m tired of the bullshit, and I just want answers.
[He holds up a black mask.]
And this? I’m not wearing this again.
[He tosses it down, then leans forward slightly. There are more troubling things to deal with, than a damn mask. Like after a quick survey of the room, he didn't see Sean, Teddy--any of the others. Maybe he missed them, but he has a sneaking suspicion he didn't.]
I want to know where the others are, and I want them awake.
We’ve been dreaming long enough.
[And as he reaches out for the device, he mutters under his breath, softly]
This is bullshit.
[The feed ends.]

video;
[No one has really told him anything.]
video;
No one knows how we got here, the initial passengers are all missing and the captain must have some kind of social anxiety issue, because he rarely ever shows his face.
video;
[How the hell did he get stuck in two similar places?]
I just got out of a place kinda like this.
Except it was a city.
[Of dreams. Fuck.]
video;
Someone really annoying in charge of wormholes must really like you.
[ Justin chews at the inside of a lip, tilting his head for a moment. ]
You arrived in the city in the same way? No idea how you got there?
video;
[He's heard some seriously weird shit about one version of himself.]
No fucking idea. We were told we were 'asleep'. Then I wake up here.
I don't think it's a coincidence.
video;
[ Which worries him a good deal about this place. ]
No one's told us we're asleep here. Just in space. If that sounds much better to you.
video;
[He snorts.]
Not really. Makes me think I was here the whole time--just...stuck in the pod thing.
video;
If that's the case, I'm pretty sure you're the only one. No one else has come in talking about masks and dream worlds.
video;
Do you normally like pissing off people who you know nothing about, douchebag?
[Oh his favorite word he learns from the future.]
And yeah, I've figured that out now, thanks for stating the obvious.
video;
[ Lovely application, Alex, the judges give it a 9. Justin gives a short laugh. ]
Oh, I'm sorry, I assumed since you were going on about people who don't exist here that you were completely clueless, my bad, apparently you just have attitude issues.
video;
[That's Alex. Always the sweetheart.]
Yeah I get told that a lot.
You got a name, or should I just continue to call you douchebag.
video;
[ He's precious, really. And despite the fact he's being a catty little twat right now, Justin's actually smirking a bit. ]
Not surprised. And it's Justin Taylor. So, do I stick to Sourpuss or do I get a name for you?
video;
[Probably be easier if he went by the code name, giving up his name for the other Alex to have.]
video;
That's a very specific kind of name. Is there a reason for it or was your mother just really progressive?
video;
And it's what I cause.
video;
video;
[Even though they don't work for the government, anymore.]
video;
video;
Through this.
video;
Holy shit, you're like some kinda super hero.
video;
[That might get a small, real smile from Alex, then.]
video;

video;
[Alex looks at the kid like he's a bit crazy.]
It's whatever, man.
