[When 'Amanda' appears on the video this time, there's no hint of fear or uncertainty on her expression. It's rage, instead. Snarling hatred and disdain. She's never liked being caged, and the ship was bad enough before she'd stumbled into one of the devil traps painted everywhere. Her patience has snapped, and there was no more time for games, no more time for playing lost girl.]
You pathetic idiots. Do you really think you'll be safe with us gone? [She sneers.] Sharing your little secrets and sob stories, holding hands and singing kumba-fucking-yah. None of you could tell a liar if one spat on you. Not your favourite captain, not your soldiers and heroes, not even your guardian angel.
[She leans closer to the camera, and all the anger seems to ease off her face. She smiles, slow and pleased, voice dropping into a low drawl.]
You don't need our help. You're all going to rip each other apart. [The smile grows wider, showing teeth.] This ship is going to kill you.
[Quiet for a moment, then she flips the camera until all the video shows is the trap painted on the ceiling above her.]
You'd better be coming to find me, Dean baby. It's awful rude to keep a girl waiting, you know. And I've been waiting such a long time to meet you.

Seriously, did Hell or whatever dimension you come from not educate anyone in banter? Wit, verse, turn of phrase? Or were you too busy being malicious clods?
None of you have been particularly clever beyond the body jumping and sowing a little bit of mayhem. Honestly, you could have done this so much better.

Nobody could ever accuse me of sloth. Seriously. I did more in four months than anybody's done on the ship, period.

Try again, Miss Demon.

[ A beat. ]
I am sorry, for what it's worth. That you're going to die.

So why don't you run along and plan another pointless mutiny to keep all the other kiddies thinking you're interesting. Momma's got grown-up things to do.

I am gonna miss this meatsuit, though. [A sigh.] But I have had it for a while now. Guess it was time for a change.

[Oh, she's laughing now.]

If there's one thing we really, really like, it's the sound of our own voices. Especially if it's scaring others.

Ah well. We'll solve the mystery more efficiently when you lot go home. ..such as a home as hell might be. [unconcerned by her irritation and immune to her sarcasm; she's no Roxanne Ritchi in the banter department, that's for sure.]

You go right ahead and wonder that, sweetheart. Either way, it means I'm right. Something or someone here wanted you to have some demon trouble. Not conducive to your little mystery solving club, I'm sure. But then, you weren't exactly making any progress before we arrived, were you?
[She shakes her head, finger raised in a tsking gesture.]
Bad blue noodle, trying to blame others for your failings like that. [Another grin.] No, sugar, your lack of efficiency is your own doing.
no subject
Oh no, not really. You just confirmed something that I needed to know.
Ta, sugar.

[She leans closer to the camera, voice dropping to a low whisper.]
I know a lady should never reveal her age, but I could tell you how long I've had her, if you're interested. [A tilt of her head, a smile.] Between you and me, I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't just crumple into dust once you've... sucked me out.

[ But what a wonderful bait you could be, Amon. If she's smart, though, that might be her plan too, getting caught in a trap with just a sliver through an otherwise perfect Devil's Trap?
It's hard to believe that Amon's been caught without a summoning spell, John Winchester, or Bobby Singer lumbering about. But Crowley has seen many powers fall beneath this cross-country boyband, and he won't be too surprised. Hold it against her? A bit. ]

[But there was nothing smart about it. She really had made the simple mistake of just not spotting the trap on the ceiling. Her anger at the insult of it was very much real.]
I can't say wandering around an overly large tin can while everyone takes up amateur demon hunting is my idea of a fun time.
audio;
Not if I can help it, you bitch.
video;
[She laughs, leaning back from the camera again.]
But you can't help it, Winchester. Her name was Katie, you know. Katherine Green. She had two sisters. Little blonde cherubs, they were. And a big brother who didn't really do well at that whole big brother protective thing -- I'm sure you know what thing I mean -- but oh, he did try.
[A pause, and then she adds lightly,]
You're too late to save any of them.
audio;
You're gonna pay for what you've done. For all of them.
video;
All of them? That's a long list, sugar. I don't think we have time for me to tell you about all of them. [A smile.] I could at least make a start though, if you'd like.

You might have done better phoning a friend instead.
[ Crowley's dark gaze sobers a moment with his expression, but surely it's an act, for what do demons really have to regret? One side of his mouth quirks. ]
I thought it was rather adorable until everyone actually started letting it work. Now we're down to the short hairs. We could have played it a bit smarter, but one runs off to immediate gratification and the rest follow them like fucking lemmings.
You're a bloody idiot, Amon. Are you through with that, or are you ready to see where the new rabbit hole goes?
audio > action
[He cares and he knows she knows he cares, but right now he also knows getting worked up more than he already is will only make reciting that Catholic rite word perfect that much harder. He rounds the corner and drops his device into the pocket of his jumpsuit, jaw tight shut as he stops out of reach of the Devil's Trap. His smile, when it surfaces, is cold and humorless.]
What? No red carpet? And I thought you were lookin' forward to meetin' me.

[Or her anger, when it grabbed her, made her irrational and stupid. Ranting at the Tranquility might not have been a good idea, but she hadn't been thinking about what was a good idea or not.]
You're forgetting how I get my jollies, Crowley. Of course, I'd rather he was getting wrathful at someone else, but there's nothing quite like front row seats.
[A smile, tight at the edges. She didn't want to be exorcised, but she didn't want to be on a spaceship, either. Stumbling into the devil's trap had made the choice for her.]
I've always been bloody. That's not going to change, even if you feel like racing Winchester here.
action;
[She stands from where she'd been sat on the floor, smiling. Her comm gets dropped on the floor with a clatter. She won't need it anymore.]
I would've baked you a cake and everything, but I've been a little... tied up.
action;
[And this would be a very much not fond farewell. See ya, Amon.
When he starts the Catholic rite his voice is calm but strong, quietly accurate and despite being in space for months on end there's no way he'd ever forget how to do this.]
Regna terrae, cantate Deo...
