So.

We have two kinds of signs, which mean a binary code. A number for each letter, probably.

There are 26 letters in the alphabet, that means each one will be coded by five signs. Four is not enough, six is overkill. Besides, each string of signs is exactly a multiple of five signs long.

If I look more closely, I see numbers are from 0 to 22 if A is 0 and B is 1, or from 9 to 31 in the reverse case.

The former case looks like it'll make more sense, if each number is the rank of a letter minus one.

Trying this, I found a sentence that made sense, probably a quote.

"mirror mirror on the wall who in this land is the fairest of all"

No clue as to the answer to that question, though.
