It's not the first or last odd thing I've seen pop up since our recent jump. Any ideas what it could mean or what the hell is going on? [beat.] No pun intended. I thought it was it was the ship but even Jack Harkness isn't acting like himself.

[this is his first time really reaching out to Tommy and Tillman, but Jim is going out on a ledge- or a hunch- here. he's been thinking about this for a while, and he figures it doesn't go over well with these guys it probably won't go over well with the rest of the security team that was supposed to be working the ship.]

In light of recent events I wanna know what you guys think of getting a proper security team going. With shifts.

[Tillman has been pretty holed up, thus far, keen on protecting him and his own. Strangely the circle of 'his own' has been expanding with each jump. It's that fact that makes him legitimately consider the suggestion.]

What did you have in mind?

Rounding up those interested in a security force, splitting them until rounds in specific ares of the ship. This place is too big to venture into the unknown areas, but we can at least try and keep places like Engineering secure.

Off the top of my head I know there's Asato. Maybe that Robin kid? He looked like he knew what he was doing during the mutiny. We've got a number of talented people on board, they just need a direction.
