[There's a young woman looking at the screen, her stare calm and determined. And despite what the icons say, she doesn't have makeup on, sadly.]

It's been a couple of days since we've arrived on this ship and, besides having one discussion with what's left of the crew, we're no closer to figuring out how to go home or what to do around here. I'm stating the obvious here, of course, but several people have already spoken up about a need for us all to actually meet now that we have a slightly better understanding of what's going on.

Like it or not, whether we were brought here for a reason or because of some fluke in the system, we are stuck here until further notice.

We need to actually make an attempt to work together. If we can find out how this ship works and how to take care of one another - to provide support, medical assistance, and anything else - then we have a much higher chance of survival out here and we can find a way home. [A beat.] Somehow.

[She leans back, crossing her arms over her chest. It's more obvious now that she's sitting on a couch in one of the common areas.]

As others have proposed, we should meet in one of the common areas in the passengers' quarters to speak and gain some semblance of group ethic. We all have skills; we each have something unique that we can bring to the table. It will be easier to see how we can help one another and how we can contribute to our situation if we can see each other, face-to-face, and decide where to go from there.

If they're still here, they can hopefully be found. But if they're not on the ship itself... I don't know. I don't know all of the workings of the ship or how we could possibly find them. This sort of technology is beyond me.

The captain seemed like he didn't know how to bring them back either.

I merely suggest that our arrival here and their disappearance may be linked. Granted, I do not understand much of this technology either, so I am unsure how they could be.

The captain, however, seemed more interested in continuing rather than seeking what was the root cause of this.

Well, you did suggest it. [Which means you better be there, sir.] I think a few people are just timid when it comes to meeting new people, especially after how we woke up.

[ Since leadership isn't really his thing, Capa's used to only his payload suggestions given any real consideration. ] There's probably going to be a lot of legwork needed in organization. Egos kick up, questions of authority and who answers to whom.

Looking over the log, the so-called crew seems to have little idea as to what is going on themselves. A gathering would be wise in order to gain a better understanding of the situation and pool our intel together.

Not everyone's a team-player, but seems like we're required here to get anything done. Count me in, just don't expect much productive help.

I agree. We also could benefit from a few people maybe taking some sort of leadership role in terms of making sure everyone can be accounted for if we need to split up to do any tasks on board.
