Only repeated, like, twenty times in jumbled letters. Clearly someone was just trying to practice. There are a few other words before it, mostly little things like cat and dog and bird, sun and mat, hat. Eventually it becomes a child's curious voice as he addresses the people at large.]

Names are really -- special. I think. Don't you think names are special? Sometimes they mean things, but I dunno what mine means; do you know what yours means? I bet there's lots of really cool ones that mean a lot of really cool stuff. 

... Did you get to pick your own name? 'Cus mine's always been mine, since I was a baby. I don't remember anything else!

I have several names, each given to me by someone very dear to my heart. I decided upon none of them myself, but it is my choice which name I use most often.

Mmmhmm. Among my people, it is customary for the father to bestow the first name- the fathername. The second name, the mothername, is not always given, but when it is, it oft has some special significance or meaning. And it is not uncommon for other names to be given throughout one's life, either in recognition of praiseworthy deeds or out of affection.

I have roughly three names myself- Artanis, Nerwen, and Galadriel. [More, if you count translations, but those are the basics.]

When I was born, ( her tone a little like she's telling him a story, ) my mama and my papa gave me four names. Two that were mine, and two that were my family names. When I was growing up, everybody called me by two of those-- one of the names that was mine, and one of the names for my family.

When I was a little bit older, I decided that I liked the other set, the other name that was mine, and I started using that instead. So now my family calls me one thing, and people here call me another.
