[Groooooss. No but anyway, Takeshi doesn't really seem to be feeling the heat this month. The only time he takes off his explosive-resistant, flame retardant Gantz powersuit is to shower in cold water, so the temperature control is in full effect and he seems completely relaxed (and confused) about everything. It's not like he has his mom and dad around this month to say 'hey, Takeshi, the air is like crazy hot'. Nope. Him and his panda Hoi Hoi (who is casually sitting behind him, chewing on bamboo retrieved from the forest) seem to be in high spirits and dealing with things on their own. Mostly in their room or in the gardens.

... Yeah no, they've been pretty much shut-ins about this whole affair.]

You can all jump in the pool! You'll feel better there. Then will people wanna go play? We can practice in the gym. Keep our muscles super strong! [He flexes one bicep, and it seems like maybe he's finally slowly growing into that large kid sweater he's worn since forever.] I'm learning how to de—how to defend myself! It's important because there's always lots of reasons to fight. When I was at home, big robots were blowing stuff up and killing lots of people, and that's why I need to be strong.

Don't lots of people here have things they gotta fight at home? I met someone who fought aliens at home, too.

That's one of the dangers, yes. It's one of the symptoms of heat exhaustion, which you're more likely to develop at a quicker rate if you're exercising, but you can suffer from it even if you're not exerting yourself.
