[Thranduil is sitting stiffly against a tree almost like it's his own throne. Most people who've seen him have seen him grumpy. He is not grumpy now. He is pissed.]

In all things I have tried to show patience. [His voice is dripping with ice.] I have lent my aid and resources to this ship, I have offered my hospitality and friendship and asked nothing in return, and what has happened? I have been robbed.

[His lip curls in a slight snarl.]

One of you took from me a precious necklace, a gift to me from a friend I am unlikely to see again. It is silver with pearls and diamonds and was wrapped in a cloth and hidden from sight. If you return it to me, I will be merciful and no charges will be pressed. If you do not, I have many eyes aboard this ship. It will be found.

[The feed cuts off.]

[ It takes the better part of an hour to locate the oxygen gardens after his encounter with the Beast. Having contacted no one for almost en entire day, it's hardly strange behaviour for Nuada, but this time it was due in no part to his own will (unless trying to slay their enemy counts). He couldn't find the dexterity to call, yet he knows his lord is here after witnessing the broadcast on the network.

Golden blood darkens the grass and leaves where it drips from his fingers, his grip on his lance loose and faltering altogether by the time he collapses at the side of the stream, easing his aching limb into the water where the cold buffets and carries his blood in a thin river all its own. One foot and then the other, a rhythm that entrenches in his sensibilities as he continues on to find Thranduil's usual haunt in a glade that now feels more familiar than any other section of the ship.

Nuada drops to his knees on the fringe of it, toppling forward loudly. ]

[The complaint about a missing necklace is suddenly entirely meaningless. Thranduil is jerking to his feet and darting to Nuada's side, carrying his communicator with him and calling into it.]

Elrond, to me, now!

[He flings himself to Nuada's side and drops the communicator, easing Nuada onto his back so he can see his wound.]

just blatantly darting over as quickly as he can, heedless of whatever sounds will herald his approach. and of the worry etched on his brow.]
