[ when she turns back her eyes would glint with gold for one second - but the next, they will be their natural green. ]

There are others with magic on the ship, I have heard. I wonder what are the odds of finding someone with magic who is also gallant enough to come and mend these.

[ and yes, that is a challenge. if you're a wizard and and a decent person, clap your hands. ]

I could search the ship for some goblets. They'd be much harder to break.

[It's near impossible to see her magic use as play, despite the fact it clearly is nothing more at this moment. It comes from witnessing the force of darkness her magic became; a orchestrator of death and destruction. Is this how it began? Is this not the opportunity he would have wanted in Camelot.]

[This is his punishment for so many times of just barging in. And while he's pretty good at ducking items thrown at him by angry Pendragon, he doesn't think to look out for magical Pendragon.

Merlin has just enough time to see her before the glass connects. And then all he sees are stars.
