That looks pretty awful but no, it shouldn't make you sick.

On a scale of 1-10. How badly do you think it would taste?

I'd say a solid negative 5 or so unless you like the taste of charcoal. Then again, I eat crackers on my sandwiches and most people think that's pretty gross so maybe it'll taste fine to you?
