Do you have a map of the ship?

Not really. I know some people were working on one, but it's difficult to make an accurate map when the halls change at random. But most of the aft portion of the ship is relatively safe in that respect, and making your way from say, the Oxygen Gardens to the passenger decks shouldn't pose a problem. You'll learn your way around pretty quickly.
