No, I haven't. Never needed to.

I think that on a spaceship, with pixies and aliens running about, you might get away with it.

My primary concern is that you may have missed out. Make sure he teaches you well and prepare for a constant urge to make pancakes from now on.

I am going to wait and see how they taste first before I develop a craving for them. Then I'll work on my cookery skills.

Pancakes tend to be only as good as their toppings. What do you have to go with them?

There might be some lemon but I'm not absolutely certain about it. Might be some sugar around.

[He holds up a bowl of cereal so that she can see.] I would have rathered pancakes, though beggars can't be choosers.

There may be some pancakes left. [A pause, as she looks off camera for a moment.] Some slightly burnt pancakes but you can always eat around that.

At least we have something like cereal here in the first place.

If you make more in the future ~~once you're better at making them~~, I'll definitely eat those.

Very good point. I don't think space food in bags would be all too appetising.

I don't think I'd quite have the heart for it. I'm rather too fond of my home comforts. Besides, why bother when we're already in space? I think everyone here has rather trumped the average astronaut, even if we haven't earned it.

There are also a few people on board who are used to being in space, even working in it. But I wouldn't want this kind of life for myself. It's a little too taxing at times.

It's rather unfortunate that we're stuck here then.

Television. I miss television primarily.

I miss the sun. Wide, open spaces. If I listed all the things I missed we'd be here forever.

I reckon it does. Suffering solitude in space would not keep me sane for long. A man can only play so much tetris.
