Dante had said, remember tonight! for it is the beginning of always.
What shall we be doing tonight, Tranquility?
[ it is late but not too late and Lucrezia is keen on avoiding nightmares and so sleep is not a Thing. ]
I shall be spending my own in the garden. I never before slept upon grass.

There was once a nymph named Daphne who refused to marry and enjoyed her freedom and woodland adventures; her father implored her to take a husband but she had refused and begged him to let her remain as she was. Because of this Eros had played it so Apollo would fall in love with her, a trick to repay him for a previous insult.
Apollo fell in love with her and begged her to marry him and she refused him passionately for as I said she did not wish to take a husband! She told her father she will not marry Apollo but her father said she was too beautiful to remain alone and that Apollo shall surely chase her and chase her he did.
