Hi. [ahem. Clearing his throat. It'd been a while since he's used it to - you know. Talk.] Hi. It's me again. I know things are still shaky from what happened this week, but I, uhm. I have a favor to ask, if anyone's available.

[cue pause. A little painfully:]

Can... anyone tell me where I can get new clothes? I - sort of misplaced them. My clothes. I mean - they're ruined, basically. So. I don't really know what to do about that.

[Yeah. He presses his lips and takes another moment to decide what to do next - at which point he suddenly remembers something else.]

And if you've seen a wedding ring around, that'd be mine. It's, uh, gold? Simple. Just a ring. Except not just a ring, since, you know - it's my... wedding ring. I misplaced that too.

[That might be a long shot. The ship is huge and those corridors were pretty much endless, but losing that ring really doesn't help his current mood.]

That's it, I think. [Yep. Seems about right. He breathes.] Thanks.

[Clicking off and dropping the comm on his bed to bury his face in his hands now.]

I was hoping I'd put it back on.

[he could have kept it in his mouth, or something. Except that didn't seem like the best idea either. If he'd known he would've just left everything in his room.]

[ Misplacing clothes is a familiar predicament for Josh, or it used to be - so he might look slightly skeptical when he clicks on the feed. He would've done voice to better mask said skepticism, but the video's for the sake of holding the gold ring in front of the camera. ]

As for clothes, not really sure. Depending on how desperate the situation is, I have a few extras I could probably donate.

[ That he just got, and he's about to be back to one outfit at this rate, but he knows how much it sucks to be stranded in the nude. Although- ] How tall are you?

[ Whoa there. He side-eyes the enthusiasm slightly, but really, he's not one to judge. He was days away from a proposal back home - he'd actually thought finding the ring in the hallways was another shining example of the ship's terrible sense of humor. ]

The hallways - I'm guessing you also had the pleasure of getting lost in them. As did your clothes, apparently. [ Totally not judging. Well, maybe just a tiny bit. ]
