[ Hello network, this would be the first time you've seen Annabeth wide-spread, but she figured hanging around for two months was enough of a 'grace period' before she could show her face.

So here she is. Kind of tired, kind of going a little crazy. That's what you get for having demi-god ADHD powers and very little to expend your energy on. ]

I spoke with someone about this before, but I was curious- [ Her voice is fairly steady, maybe a little more serious sounding than she means it to. ] Since there are people from so many different universes and worlds, I was wondering. Do you have your own versions of...gods, I guess?

I'm not speaking religiously. Not necessarily. Mostly I mean beings of power. Greater powers than you'd have normally populating the world. Back home, we had...stories. Of Greek and Roman Gods. There were others, too, but those tended to take precedence in my life. [ Understatement? I'd say so. ] I'm just curious if there were any other variations out there. What they could do, whether or not they did it in the first place...

[ Annabeth trails off, her eyes drifting off to the side for less than a moment before they're back again, renewed with a sense of purpose. ]

I'd also like to speak with anyone on board who used to be these...beings. I don't want to call them gods, because that might mean something else in other places, but I'd like to know if you're here, and what possible changes have occurred since coming on board. It'd be appreciated.

[ And then she nods, having made her point, and shuts off the feed. ]

I believe in one true God, infinite and omnipotent and beyond mortal understanding. But the people of the Twelve Colonies looked to a pantheon of gods, each of them partial shards of reflection of every human face.

My people don't deny the existence of those beings, whatever they may have been: if the things I've heard and read since coming here are true, they share names and characteristics with your "Greek and Roman" gods. Artemis, Aphrodite. Athena, Apollo.

I wanted to know about the...effects. Of being on the ship. How it's changed them, if it has. Also what kind of gods they were like on their home worlds. Active, passive, what the rules of their world allowed them to do or kept them from doing, etc.

How would you even classify someone as a god? I thought they were just creations of the mind...

Different places call them different things. Some places worship them for their powers and abilities, in other places powers and abilities are more wide-spread and therefore the classification might be different.

I was curious, so I asked.

What are they like?

Westeros has many different views of gods, old and new. But I think the Seven perhaps come closest to what you might speak, of the Greek and Roman gods. I know very little of them, but what I was told bore some similiarity.

Did they specialize with their abilities? Would they take human form and walk around? Were they related to each other beyond just being gods? Did you ever meet them?

[ Rueful ] I've known members of m-my family to be named gods, or aspire to b-be such, or believe themselves chief am-m-mong all deities. But I have n-never wished to be a g-god myself, y-young lady, nor can I speak to the exact source of their p-powers.

As far as I know, my world is free of powerful beings. I hate to use the word normal, but...where I'm from, things are more basic.

Having a completely normal world is almost as weird as having one with powerful beings. It seems like just about every world has some form of them.

i was looking for something more concrete, like interactions.
but at this point as long as i don't have someone thinking i'm trying to undermine everything they are
