[When the video clicks on, it shows Bennett sitting in her room and fidgeting a bit. She wanted to say something, she's just having issues articulating it all. Her lips part like she's about to start speaking a few times before she actually does.]
Ah, hi. I mean, hello. Yes. My name is Bennett Halverson and I'm...new. To this whole, as Dr. Brink put it, pandimensional kidnapping spaceship thing.
So I have a question concerning recent events that have been mentioned or--or broadcasted here on this network.
[She pauses and bites her lip, then her hand sort of wanders up to her mouth and she chews on her thumbnail for a second before she realizes she's doing it and that other people probably don't want to watch that.]
Is this normal? For, well. The monsters. Other...people dying. Does this happen frequently? Because that's a problem in a finite area such as a ship. Which I'm sure the majority of you are probably aware of already and don't need me to point out but. I, I'd like to help. Somehow. I'm a, a scientist. Medical doctor, technically, but my fields of study...weren't limited. I'm familiar with a wide variety of subjects so I'd like to put my knowledge to use. In some way.

You're friends with Topher.
[Cameron didn't lose it, she didn't suddenly glitch again. She can't, because John promised he would kill her if she glitched again.]

You look exactly like my sister.
no subject
Oh. I promise that I'm not. Your sister. I don't have any brothers.

Are you one of Topher's friends from home?
I mean, didn't he explain the ship to you?
[ or how it is out to kill us all? ]
video
He explained some of it but it was my first day and I admit I was probably slightly delirious at the time. I tripped and hit my head so that on top of the feeling nauseous I...probably started to tune him out after a while.
video
But yeah, I suppose you could say it's happened a few times - nothing like this before though. [ and for that, she looks slightly apologetic. ]
video
Nothing like this before seems to be the typical answer which is...slightly calming, at least.

RND can have you when we don't need a neurologist, which hopefully will be as often as possible, and not in a 'all our patients are dead before they get to us' kind of way.

[ and now faith steps into frame, because she has a bad habit of working out and browsing the network. ]
We gotta do the 'echo' thing, too?
video »
[SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND but then when she sees Faith's face, oh does she light up. That is the biggest dopey nerd girl grin ever.]
I don't know anything about, about any echo thing but, ah. I am so glad to see a familiar face.
video »
...yeah, like I said. I'm not that Echo chick he thought I was.
[ have a half attempt at a wave, bennett. this is is her social skills face. ]
Faith, sup.
