video;
[ A dark corridor, incredibly low light and clearly not quite on the beaten path. The camera is steady, and something dark moves soundlessly into view. The cape that sways across the corridor is ink black, like shadow moving rather than fabric. An arm moves out of the bulk of the shadow, holding a long tube, and then there's a hiss, air rushing through a narrow space, a semi-phosphorescent, clearly chemical paint sprayed onto the blank surface. The symbol glows as the hiss stops, and Batman pivots on the spot to face the recording device. His outfit is so dark that the whites of his eyes are the brightest point, catching in the pathetic light generated by the device. ]
Remember. I am always watching.
[ He raises his hand again, and a small red light is briefly visible before the device turns off all on its own. ]
[ OOC: The bat signal will be appearing/have appeared in all sorts of places, but particularly the less familiar parts of the ship. Bruce has spent months now orientating himself and learning how to come and go without being seen. Just as a warning: Batman may not be very talkative, might not respond at all and is likely to end any given conversation abruptly. That's just how he is. Also he means it. He's always watching. Fourth walling is on a case by case basis, and people who know his secret identity, you douches can keep it to yourselves, otherwise I won't be responsible for what I mightlet Dexter do to you. ]

People have died in the darkness. Been lost. They need to know that they're safe.
And when they're not.

A symbol for others in which others can place their hope.
[ Somewhere close. See that sign on the wall? It's wet paint. But Bruce has his tracker still, remember? It could be a trap. ]
action;
She may see (and perhaps not agree with) what he was trying to do here, but she really wasn't seeing why the need for such extremes. And because of that, the need to help or possibly understand him in some small way was there. Perhaps it was her guilt that was guiding her here. Or maybe even an odd sense of obligation or perhaps just a faint sense of loyalty – she wasn't sure and she wasn't going to be thinking too much on it (at least not now). But whatever it was, Selina was acting quickly and making her way through the ship towards so many unknowns in search of a man they call batman.
And it didn't take her long to find the general location of where she last assumed Bruce was (she was rather good at that sort of thing after all) easily spotting the last known bat signal, as she slowly started casing the area with a clear sense of caution, just waiting for anything to occur that she might need to react to. ]
Come out, come out wherever you are. [ she calmly called, letting her eyes drift over all the shadows as a faint smirk settled at the corner of her mouth, just waiting for any signs of the man in the mask to appear. ]
