[ This video starts out much like any other - new person being mildly awkward, staring a little to the left. Sheepish might be a good descriptor for Peter at the moment. ]

Right, so. [ Which isn't what he planned to open with, hang on, let's rewind. ] My name's Peter Petrelli. I'm from New York, year 2006. I've read back on the network enough to get a decent idea about what's going on, but not nearly enough to make sense. I did read that we have a medbay, and that I was here before. So uh, sorry about this, but I don't remember being here the first time around.

I guess what I'm trying to say is — who do I actually talk to about getting on the medical team?

Oh, and I can't figure out the space microwave. A little help with that, maybe?

Well, you said you didn't know him too well, right? Maybe you just never got to really talk or any of that stuff.

...And that sounded a bit like a come-on, which was not the intention. Sorry. Can I do that again?

[ She smirks a little. ] If you want. I've heard a hell of a lot worse lines than that, though. Trust me.

Then in all seriousness, you've been hanging around the worst guys, if you've heard worse. What I said was just horrible.

They're actually pretty great. I usually hear them from my brother, though, so it's not like they're directed at me. [ And she gave him a lot of shit for them every time he said one. (Also, don't mind that smile on her face that looks more sad than legitimately happy at the memory.) ]

[ If he sounds fond, know that Peter only lets it seep through when he's fairly sure Nathan's not around to make him feel vaguely silly for doing so. Especially now, considering how his last conversation with Nathan went. ]

[ Her smile actually brightens a little as she nods at the first part. The second? That gets a huff of laughter. ] Definitely. I would've learned eventually, anyway, if I didn't have a brother. Being a chick and being part of the gaming world? Not exactly easy if you don't know how to deal with pervs. [ Which is why she's a perv herself. ]
