We don't know the actual cause yet, but there is someone that had dealt with it back home. [ She sends a link to this transmission. Olivia didn't talk to him herself but she did keep a bit of an eye on the transmission. ] Until we have proof otherwise or reason to suspect anyone else, I think it's safe to blame whatever it is that brought us all here.
