Hi, can you tell me about the nanites?

We don't have a lot of information on them. What do you want to know?
no subject
I think they open doors because we can't get out right now. Do they do other things?

I think he should wear something. Someone gave him something to wear but he says it's mass-produced. Maybe there'll be something in his locker?
no subject
You turned them off? How? You'll need to turn them back on if you want to get into the lockers. It's possible there's something in there to wear, or something else from your home.

[Enjoyed. Sherlock is gone now, but he can't let on. If Aethalides disappeared at the same time Sherlock died, it would be too obvious. The disguise would unravel.]
I take it you're Roman.
[The capslock, grammar, and the use of V as a U is a dead giveaway.]
It is a steep learning curve, is what it is. But he's trying!

Ironically enough, given his current writing style.]

Latin characters tend to be the default alphabet of a lot of languages on Earth. Though soon after Latin started falling out of common use, people started using "U" instead of "V" for the vowel sound, among a wide variety of other grammatical changes. Even with the nanites translating everything, the use of "V" is indicatively Roman, which is how I guessed where you were from.

[ Try and hack this comment and find out where it comes from, and you'll make some small progress. That is, you'll discover the source is someone called Lelantos, meaning 'moves unseen'. It's a Greek joke, and you started it. ]

Who knows? Resnik said at one point we were heading somewhere that would help get us all home. Jury's out on whether or not that's remotely believable.
Nice code name. Much better than Cassandra.

Boarding a plane without knowing where you're landing is inadvisable at best. Find proof?

Easier said than done. We've tried. Information is a risky business here, and closely guarded. Stumbling onto something the powers that be don't want known could mean a painful death. We try to share everything we find, but it's slow going.

Anonymity is a cloak adopted to protect not only yourselves but the ones you care about. I'm not usually one to share information, but perhaps I can make an exception.

Got it in one. If you have anything, you can always encrypt it using the code word "cambitas" and it'll ping us. We can announce it anonymously and it won't be traced back to the source.
