So hey, I'm going to make this pretty short, since I know a lot of people are still trying to get back on their feet - myself included. I heard there was talk of 'hellbeasts' in the newly rediscovered science lab.

Well, being a man of... let's say 'applied sciences'. I'm willing to head over there in the next couple days and clean out as much as I can. I've done this type of thing before, so it isn't exactly new to me. If anyone wants to accompany me to get these things taken care of, you either need to be really good at fighting, or be armed in some way, but I'm willing to take anyone who needs to vent at these things.

All you experimental types who want a sample of these things, speak now or forever hold your peace. This kind of work is pretty notably messy, so if you want someone to drag one of these things back, it's likely going to be at least missing a limb or two and not exactly be moving.

Once I know who all's planning to come with me, I can figure out a good time for us to head out there and clean out the lab so people can actually use it.

I've requested some samples already, and had someone volunteer to bring one back. However, if more people don't mind bringing back samples, I'd appreciate it -- and I'd definitely prefer it if they were dead.

What kind of weapons you have on you? How much ammunition, if it's projectile?

If I get a good amount of people together, we'll give you enough to work with.

I was going to clear out these guys no matter what, so I can probably grab one or two mostly intact corpses from the cleanout and bring it back.

Depends on how discreet you need me to be. [Isaac doesn't recognize the voice, but is willing to help, at least.]

The equipment in there would be useful as well. I've heard it's a mess, but if we don't know if we can get back there, it might be worthwhile to bring it back.

Consider this a scouting party to see if we can reliably get back in there. If we can, well then, hey, looks like some of you science types have more to work with than I thought.

Though I'll probably claim first dibs on any engineering data files strewn about. Hope you don't mind that.

Yeah, I can probably do that pretty easily. Cutting off a head isn't going to be too much trouble.

I don't know a thing about engineering, so you're more than welcome to anything related to. I've heard the computers have been wiped clean, though.

It's a new one for a lot of people. But yeah, any animal, as long as I know what they are. You know anything really cool and describe it to me, I'll see what I can do.

I'm a space-farer, 'fraid I don't know too much about the animals from Earth, and the kind of stuff I've seen I wouldn't want to see anyone turn into willingly. But I imagine you've still got plenty to work with, even there.

I've got a small shopping list. Specimens for the techies, anything Engineering related for myself. Another average day.

Shouldn't be too hard, now that people have gone there and back. Should be a nice path laid out.

I figured as much, but from what I heard, the place has plenty of stuff still strewn about, anyway. I'll likely hit on something worthwhile.

I'll take favors, so yeah, no worries, you can owe me one. So long as you don't go turning everyone into the ship into whatever these things are, I figure it'll be fine.

I've got a pretty good handle on stuff from Earth. I guess you'll get a free demonstration when we head out.

If you find a way to rig it up, I can carry things back. Beast of burden and all that. I hauled a few people to medical last week, what's a little more, right?
