[ The feed turns on to show a man, the hard lines of his face tense, as he makes little effort to hide his irritation at first. His steely eyes narrow, regarding the device in his hand with mild contempt, before he speaks. ]
I hardly needed any more numbers on my arm. [ The seething annoyance is measured, swallowed down. There's almost a lilt to his voice now, though there's the slightest tension in his jaw, a subtle shadow of a frown slip through the apathy. ]
Whilst the most generic information about this spaceship was explained to me, people really seemed to have failed on the how or why. [ A brief pause, if only to cast a quick look around him. ] Or anything else that would be considered useful.
-- And mainly. [ There is a brief hesitation, before he lifts his left arm, bearing the forearm. There's a clock on there, a long row of zeros, and a few numbers, as it gives off a faint green glow. But it stands still, the numbers not changing, not ticking away, like they technically should be. He considered not showing it, but yet again. His time could no longer be stolen, if his clock wasn't working.
Raymond wasn't sure anyone would be able to provide an answer, but he also had no reason to believe anyone wouldn't know what he was talking about. ] Why my clock has stopped.

You mean you don't have one? [ because there was still hardly a thought of someone not knowing what it was. but for assurance' sake, he adds. ] The name Weis should be ringing some bells.
[ condescending as always. ]

If I had one, would I be blundering about, asking what the clock means to you? I do not, believe it or not, care for your feelings on the matter; I ask after facts.
[video] oh this is gonna be good, I can already tell :|
Facts? Okay. [ theres a clench to his jaw.] the clock's significance is in that it's my time to live.
[ how would he even begin to start explaining a system that
he secretly hateshes worked for for 50 years and one thats been around for a hell of a long time?]And I'm asking you if you even have the slightest clue who Weis is. Have you even heard the name?
[video] yes :3c
[video] c:
When it reaches zero, you're timed out. [ simply.] You die.
[ a beat. A frown.] What place are you from then?

It seems to be a running trend around here.
voice.
You do not mean a clock you carry, aye?
voice.
Technically, no. [ he doesn't offer any more than that for now, instead asking:] And since you're asking, I'm guessing you haven't heard of Time Zones. Timekeepers?
voice.
There are many here from different worlds, and few here knows of others.
audio;
As for your clock, [ the tone turns a little wry and this is not a serious suggestion ] have you checked the battery?
audio;
Hello, sweet sir, [ She sounds almost bored--it's her work voice, as it were. ] I'm afraid all of our clocks have stopped at the very least metaphorically. Though an answer for a curious little kitten as to why your arm is currently glowing would be just wonderful.
