[The feed starts and all you see is Superboy's bemused face. He's obviously having second thoughts about this already... but there's no going back.]

Uh, so. Something happened. I know it's been a while since that stuff with the gas happened, but I don't know how to make things better.

And I'm not good with words, either. So I tried to make holograms to explain what happened, but I'm not as good with the machinery in here yet to manage that... have some drawings instead.



 

I totally broke his back. So... uh, how do you say 'sorry' to somebody when you've done something like this?

Well, you're kind of super strong, so no. I wouldn't think it'd hurt much for just a human to hit you.

[seethemoon]

It... still helped, I guess. Thank you.

[He sighs, scratching the back of his head] But it was a little awkward after the hug.

[totallyhisniece]

Hugs are always awkward, they're hugs.

[seethemoon]

I like hugs sometimes.

[He misses M'gann's hugs. That's left unsaid, though.]

Um... I can hug you again?

[She even opens her arms as an invitation. If it were anyone else, anyone who wasn't her white rabbit, she wouldn't even offer, but just the way he put it out there so innocently makes her feel like maybe she should at least try.]

You don't need to hug me if you find hugs awkward.

[totallyhisniece]

Just shut up and come here, will you? It's only awkward at first.

[seethemoon]

[Conner only mutters 'fine' before reaching for her and pulling her into a hug.]

[totallyhisniece]

[She wasn't exactly prepared for that, for him to just grab her, but she can't say she really minds. Her arms loop around him and she lets her head rest on his chest.]

I didn't really expect you to be such a hugger, Rabbit.

[seethemoon]

I'm not, "Alice".

[At least he's been out of his cocoon long enough to get the reference.]

But special people get special privileges.

[totallyhisniece]

[Her arms tighten around him, both from him using that name and from what he's said. It's good to know they're on the same page.]

I guess I agree with that.

[seethemoon]

[He pats her back gently, releasing her after a couple of seconds.]

...So, uh, thank you. Again.

[totallyhisniece]

[She nods when she pulls back too, gives him a smile.]
