If that wasn't the best fuck you and welcome to space basket I've ever seen, I dread to think what the upcoming weeks will bring. [ and don't mind him, looking nonchalant and sounding drab (thumbing through the sunday paper) because he's not going to let the man get him down, or see him acting like he can't handle curve balls. he's thumbing his nose to whoever had been behind that, knowing full well that with apathy and belittling attitude comes a target.

It's been brought to my attention [ social expectations and manners can kiss his ass ] that if I'm going to be trapped here for an indefinite amount of time like the rest of you, I should probably introduce myself. Brian Kinney, and while I'm still not buying into all the bullshit, I'd like to know what there is [ a distasteful twist of his lips ] to do around here in the meantime.
