i never thought i'd see anything uglier than a behemoth but here we are with these grody space animals
even though i don't think anyone has, you probably shouldn't eat them
so if anyone has found any new plant things that we can eat it'd be good to know now
and if these things keep comin into the camp like they have been we'd better get some better defenses up

Do you have any new ideas? It seems like traps aren't effective enough. They help -- I'd hate to see what the situation would be like without them -- but something more would be good.

Not bad, but it might be overkill, and friendly fire would be a concern. We don't want it to shoot at everything that moves, and systems that would automatically identify targets are probably beyond our capabilities right now.

Someone who was in gunnery might have an idea of where to find exterior artillery. Try Firo at fedoratheexplorer, if he doesn't respond here.

I don't even know what day it is.

[This might be a joke. Do any of them?]

About as well as can be expected.

If we could establish differences in body temperature, and if someone can find or create sensors, something thermal could be possible, but there are no guarantees. It would all be predicated on our temperatures being in a consistent range, a low margin of error, and so on.
