[MIRROR/ACTION] I'm living in twilight: let it ring forevermore.
[BACKDATED to earlier in the day.]
[Only L's mouth is visible in the mirror, and his announcement is brief and direct.]
Please come to the Shouting Rock about three hours from now. We'll have network devices for you there.
If you've held on to the one you had on the ship, bring it with you. You can use the same communicator if you want to, but we'll need to install a new operating system on it in the next few days.
[This announcement will also go out in person around camp, via Darcy Lewis, who is extremely vocal when she wants to be. When characters arrive at the Shouting Rock, they will find the majority of people who have been working on the digital network standing around with a few crates full of communicators. L will give a short speech which encompasses the basic points here along with assurances that they've tried to change as little as possible, and then devices will be passed out to anyone who wants one.
People who worked on the network crew itself in the last month or so will already have theirs and should already have registered their accounts, and people who want to use old communicators that have remained in their possession will be assumed to be bringing their devices by the network hut over the next few days so that they can be reworked for compatibility with the current system. Any personal files on a given device can be preserved during the conversion and transferred back to the device once its new OS has been installed.]
