Bonjour, Tranquility. My name is Guillaume Feuilly and I am with the Support Staff. While there is much we do not yet understand of the ship and her ways, let me reassure you that we are still all quite alive despite what we have each awoken from. [There's a small wry smile at that before continuing]

If you haven't already, it would also be prudent to find quarters in the first ten floors of the ship. There is a safety in numbers, especially recently. I would not wish for anyone to be caught unaware where no aid can reach you.

[There's a pause as he goes to turn the video off, hesitating for a moment before]

And a question of my own perhaps. Has anyone in fact, noticed any new faces this jump?

[Tadashi's latest fiasco with waking up after the jump has left him feeling not quite up to using video, so he activates the voice feature instead. He sounds tired and somewhat concerned.]

I can't say that I recognize everyone on sight yet, but no one I saw looked particularly lost.

[There's a hint of worry in his tone, knowing the implications of this equal nothing good]

This jump, I met none whom needed a welcome. And while I have been here for quite a number of them and know a fair amount of the familiar faces aboard the ship, I cannot say for certain if there were no new denizens or not.

Is it that unusual if no one new was picked up? I don't have a lot of jumps for comparison.

I don't think there were any. They tend to be distinctive.

Very true. It has usually been a relatively easy task to find them and give aid. And yet, there were none to be found this jump.

I only wish my worry is of nothing.

Didn't seem like there were any new people this round, so no.

I don't think this kinda thing's ever happened before.

Never in my eleven jumps has such a thing occurred. There are others who have been here much longer than I, but I am rather certain they would say the same.

And never in my... er, well. I've been here since jump six, if that tells you anythin'. Don't think I've ever heard of anybody sayin' this kinda thing happened in the five jumps before that.

Not a peep of people from this next 'jump'.

Can't imagine how the older captives feel, considering I only just got here last jump, though. I haven't had any time to get used to a routine.

It's worrying, that is without a doubt. There has always been people arriving and vacating. To suddenly have that change, now? Even I see no good from this.

No good at all. Whether it's an intentional move or just some malfunction, it feels like being cut off from the cavalry. I'm glad nobody's leaking through the cracks and ending up here, but it doesn't help with that feeling of isolation, does it?

Not a one. Maybe this is an off jump.

We can only hope so.

No new faces, but... [Combeferre's looking quite concerned as it comes to the next bit.] There has certainly been a lack of some old ones, so we've not exactly kept in balance.

Were the Tranquility a living being, I would say she's become unbalanced in her humors. And I suspect some of our own must be getting lower by the change. It makes no sense, does it?

She takes but does not give. [A small wry smile forms, more amused than it should be given the thought.] It's almost familiar.

[He lets out a long sigh however, running agitated hands through his hair]

It does but it also does not. Yet then, little has. The Mlle. has been rather unpredictable in her ways recently and it is affecting us all on multiple levels.

[Combeferre has to snort at the sentiment there, and the truth in it. It's not really an amused snort though, more an acknowledgement that this, whatever it is, is severely flawed.]

So it is. And yes, she...actually...another question if you do not mind.

Have you ah...seen memories lately that were not your own? Or been able to manipulate objects?

I watched the beds and the chests the whole time until nobody was there anymore, but there was nobody new.

That seems to be the case, doesn't it? I only wish I knew what it means.

Maybe they all died so they couldn't wake up.

Shouldn't that be good? If there's no one new. Then they haven't taken anyone else.

Usually, yes.

But there has been no deviations from it's pattern in the time I have been here and before. Thus in a case such as this I worry.
